For exceptionally valuable and/ or large delicate lots we do urge you to engage an experienced Fine Art & Antiques Carriage Company like Tustain Carriers to deliver and collect consignments.
JS Fine Art is also fortunate enough to have the wonderful facilities of locally-based Zimbl, who rent cars and vans by the hour and in the Banbury area, can deliver them to your door and collect them when you’re finished. (No deposits and no membership fees.) For the vast majority of lots, this is an affordable option for either bringing something in on a whim (please call first though) to get it valued or consigned and of course collecting say a garden ornament, piece of furniture or large painting, that you perhaps wouldn’t have bid on otherwise.

We can highly recommend a locally-based company called Zimbl who provide ‘Van Hire by the Hour‘ for just £8 p/h inclusive and whose reviews speak for themselves. They will deliver the van to your door in the Banbury area and collect it when you are done. There are no membership fees or deposits, you just need to sign up to their App. Please note there is a minimum age of 25 due to the insurance.
For those of you reluctant to ‘pop something over’ for a valuation or hesitating on bids, because you think the costs for delivering something larger or many lots, locally could be too much; then this could be the answer to your prayers.

Zimbl will also soon have vans available onsite at JS Fine Art so you will be able to leave your car, take a van for a few hours, and return for less than your bar bill that evening.
